To support high sensitivity measurements, Renaissance has developed a high isolation SPDT that operates from DC to 4 GHz with 120 dB isolation between the input and output ports when in the no connect state. The total loss between any of the output ports and the input port is less than 4 dB. This switch is designed by cascading multiple GaAs switches in a compact housing that has isolation walls to minimize leakage effects and
enhance the required isolation. The switch is controlled by nominal TTL voltage levels. The max input power level is 4W.
To improve VSWR at the antenna port on a downconverter for satcom applications, REC offers a 28 – 30 GHz drop-in isolator with low loss performance operating over -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

Renaissance has designed a high power VHF circulator operating between 108 – 118 MHz that can handle 70W average and 300W peak power levels.
For use in satellite communication applications and weather radar systems, REC has designed this C-band drop-in isolator. Operating at 7.0 – 8.0 GHz, this isolator handles 10W while maintaining superior isolation and insertion loss.
For the ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) band, Renaissance has developed a compact SMT isolator for transceiver protection application. Operating at around
2.5 GHz, this compact design can handle up to 5W forward and 0.25W reverse.
